The Constitutional Conundrum

Our founders, who worked long and hard to write the constitution of the United States, tried to fashion a document that limited the power of central government to maintain freedom of the individual. For more than two hundred years, some U.S. citizens have worked to bypass our constitution by adding more and more control of the central government, and in recent years have been fairly successful with political action groups that want to enhance that agenda.
