Illegal Mexican Aliens Either Need to Assimilate Into Our American Culture or Return Home

Illegal Mexican aliens in the United States need to learn and use English when working and conducting their business here. They must respect our laws and follow our traditions and culture. They must leave behind Mexico and pledge their allegiance and loyalty to America as an American citizen.

As an American citizen, I would expect nothing less from them and insist on their compliance. This is exactly what we did when the family emigrated to the United States.

They could continue this way, but it certainly will not happen if we lower our expectations of them, trying to do everything we can to curry their favor, give them special privileges that other American citizens do not enjoy, and help them as much as become helpless.

We must demand to assimilate into our culture, or send them back where they came from.

To achieve this we need to lock down our borders, identify every illegal alien in this country, and give them a chance to go through the process of becoming an American citizen. Those who refuse after a reasonable amount of time should be deported and not allowed back into the United States without proper authorization.

We can stop the flow of the heart simply changing our policy to jail anyone who comes across the border to non-specific area. If you get a damn serious with some serious consequences, the flow of illegals will become a trickle.

Do not tell me that the invasion of their privacy when the driver who was caught in a traffic violation by a police officer can not produce a driver's license, insurance documents, passport or other form of proper identification when asked for it. This is absurd.

illegal aliens have no rights worth talking about, and it is not only stupid but dangerous to tolerate them. Just ask anyone who has had family members killed, maimed or raped by an illegal alien, and that includes Mexican immigrants who became U.S. citizens and suffered the same misfortune.

Exactly how do you think that police officers and law enforcement officials can implement the law, if they do not know who they are dealing with?

already have a federal law that says a police officer can ask anyone for proper identification at any time for any reason. Current screaming over the new Arizona law to help control their immigration problem is no more or less the existing federal law that our current administration, just like every other administration before it, refuses to implement the purpose.

Just so you'll better understand my position, I do not hold the illegal Mexican aliens ultimately responsible for their predicament. They do not work here. Thus they are breaking our immigration laws, and authorities in their jurisdiction, as in almost any other place, which their presence and allowing companies to use them.

I believe in our self-centered, self-absorbed politicians in Congress responsible for the illegal Mexican alien crisis. They are looking for another way and not acting for their own self-enlargement.

This charade continues, because it helps politicians get re-elected, and to fill his campaign treasury with money. It's disgusting, degrading and dangerous situations such as the citizens of Arizona have come to realize. That is why elected officials in Arizona decided to protect themselves, because the U.S. government will not protect them.

It's easy to wonder just how many liberals or the conservatives cared about Mexican illegal aliens. Both liberals and conservatives talk a lot about this issue, but they really do not seem to mind if Mexican illegal aliens are overworked, underpaid and illegal.

When Mexican students in high school can pull down the American flag and hoist the Mexican flag in its place, and the force will do nothing of the support or fear, we unfortunately are becoming a nation weaklings who would rather cater to immigrants than would be Americans have become, if they are going to stay here legally.

What is the matter with us? Have we no sense of unity? We are encouraged by the diversity to the point of polarization among our population, rather than stressing the unity of America as one occupied by the Americans.

just when we become so adaptable and tolerant that will encourage Americans to run around proclaiming their hyphenated citizenship, but rather becomes committed to the U.S.?

have a relative who immigrated to this great country, who felt that they had to run around identified as German-American, Irish-American or English-American. After going through the legally accepted the citizenship process, become Americans and identified themselves simply as Americans.

In other words, they assimilated into American culture with American values, ethics and customs. Now some of us have lowered our expectations of migrants, and encourages special populations, minority groups and special interest groups to be distinguished from others as if they can not assimilate into our culture and get ahead in life.

Despite expectations, every one of my immigrant ancestors survived. Each of them learned English. Sooner or later they find a job. They paid their taxes. They found a place to worship. They find a home to buy. They are set up in the roots. And, when our country was in harm's way, they went to war to protect themselves, their families and their fellow Americans.

I put my life on the line to protect this country put up with crap I see and feel now. I did not accept the illegals who feel they are too damn good or special they become Americans, and their religion, culture and whatever else is not bigger or better than this country I call America.

And they are certainly no better or worse than I am, but if they are going to be in America, they better be legal and that it is better to assimilate into our culture, without any special treatment for their condition than any other immigrant, when they arrived. It is not right to be American just because you happen to be an immigrant, it's quite a privilege for those who can accept the challenge. All others need not apply. Yes
