Causes of Osteoporosis
11.02 // 0 komentar // Richard Max // Category: causes of osteoporosis , causes osteoporosis , fragile bones , osteoporosis , osteoporosis diet , osteoporosis vitamins //definition of osteoporosis according to several Internet sources:
1 abnormal loss of bony tissue resulting in fragile porous bones attributable to the absence of calcium;. frequently in postmenopausal women
..
2 Another definition I found was this: bone disease that leads to an increased risk of fracture. Osteoporosis literally means "porous bones. In osteoporosis, bone mineral density (BMD) is reduced, bone microarchitecture is disrupted, and the amount and variety of proteins in bone is altered.
I am writing this for several reasons. One of them is to be very informative about any topic related to health. When it comes to osteoporosis, people are often confused and the media to take advice on how to prevent it.
If you ask most people what they think the easiest and the number one way to prevent osteoporosis, they will probably tell you to drink milk. We all know that. But is this really the case. Then I always ask this question if the answer to milk supplies our body with calculi prevent osteoporosis, then why is the number of Americans who suffer from this disease each year go up? We drink more milk and dairy products than any other time in our history. We also have more degenerative diseases, as well. Milk is rarely the answer. Here's why.
of calcium in our body is stored in our bones. But it's also a huge buffer zone for our body. SAD (Standard American Diet), most of you consume on a daily basis is very acidic. When consumed our bodies still want to maintain normal blood pH. We are working hard to neutralize with this basic element, and the easiest and most common is calcium from our bones. It always pulls calcium from your bones. Also, our food is very deficient in enzymes, so we have a hard time digesting our food, especially protein, which has a special bond with the calcium in the blood. It is then safe to say, if we lack the enzyme, we are deficient in protein, then we have a lack of calcium, all promote osteoporosis.
The answer lies in our eating and digesting our food properly. That does not mean that drinking more milk. In reality, when the milk consumed is very difficult to digest at first. It is also acidic foods anyway, not basic. So when we drink milk, because it is acidic, our body then to try and counteract the addition of guess what, the calcium from our bones. Technically speaking, drinking milk promotes calcium loss and bone mass, osteoporosis worse. Confused?
Change your diet, using digestive enzymes high in protease, get some daily exercise, and can reverse osteoporosis. I've seen it before!
