What Happened to the American Free Market System Mentality?

This country was built on the free market system. What happened to that mentality to me that, while the construction of this great country that has become our country the envy of all the people on the planet? People built small businesses into large corporations throughout the years, the names that we only need to see a symbol to admit who they are. People worked hard during the year to build this company become a reliable reputable company. These days, companies are looking for federal government assistance to stay afloat, mainly because of poor management and higher paid staff.

What would happen if a local family owned the corner convenience store is struggling to keep their doors open and they went to the local, state or federal government to bail out? They will be forced to close its doors forever. It would not matter at this level, if it was due to a complete mis-management or just plain economic reasons, the assistance will be available. Why is this so? This is mainly due to the massive corruption that has plagued Washington DC for many years past and how things are going these days, many tears to come.

The biggest problem is that they benefit the people in power, not people who put them there. This trend is destined to continue unless the American people get angry enough to do something about it.

If you pay attention to the main stream media, without doing your own research, you'll find a bunch of mobs as a group of people wearing swastikas, weapons and characters that label regular Americans, the UN-American. If you do your own research, you will soon realize, the true Americans, just as, in fact, getting angry and doing something about it.

This, coupled with the constant insults and backlash from politicians, including the president, that Americans put their faith in, and they chose them, are wreaking havoc on the Democratic Party and the Republican Party's overflowing, because what began as opposition to government run health care plan care turned into a protest against government corruption. Poll numbers from all different sources, such as AP, Gallop and Rasmussen, as well as major media sources clearly indicate that the approval numbers are falling at record rates.

Why has not anyone looked into more than a free market health insurance to the staff of the President? Common sense says that what people want, so why not make some of the proposals from the GOP considers the Obama administration? It is simple, but frightening answer. Not the door to socialism. Open borders so individuals can choose any insurance company, anywhere in the country. This is currently blocked by the government. This May not be to fix a huge amount of problems we are facing, but it will be a step in the right direction to preserve the free market system and promote greater competition.

It is painfully clear now, that the agenda of this new government does not focus on the best interests of the American people, it's all about what is best to advance the power of the president.
